David Ming

CEO

David Ming is the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark, where he provides visionary leadership and strategic direction. He is responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

David brings extensive global leadership experience to Landmark, having held leadership roles at Cyanco, Huntsman Corporation, INVISTA, and Air Products. At Cyanco, a leading supplier of sodium cyanide for gold mining, he served as Chief Executive Officer from February 2023 to April 2024, successfully leading the business through its sale to Orica.

Prior to Cyanco, David led Huntsman Performance Products Americas as Vice President from 2020 – 2023, and Huntsman Performance Products Asia as Vice President from 2016 – 2020.

David also served as Captain in the U.S. Air Force, graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and went on to earn a M.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Chris Lamon is Chief Operations Officer of Landmark and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the company's strategic vision and operational plan and brings over 35 years of industry leadership and diverse experience in management, engineering, procurement, and construction.

Chris was responsible for the launch of the US division of Landmark in 1985 and has led all Landmark companies since 2013. He spearheaded the firm's growth from a startup to a premier EPC firm specializing in elevated water storage and large complex industrial vessels. His leadership style is grounded in energizing teams and delivering exceptional results. Chris has also been instrumental in driving industry wide innovation and excellence.

Between 2016 – 2019, Chris also served as President within the Viziv Technologies group of companies, where he was responsible for development of advanced power transmission infrastructure, including the design and construction of the world’s largest freestanding GFRP tower.

Chris is a professional engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Waterloo.

CFO

Bret Allan is the Chief Financial Officer of Landmark and is responsible for the company’s financial direction. He brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance leadership to help drive Landmark’s next phase of strategic growth.

Previously, Bret served as CFO at Aspen Midstream, an early-stage private equity-backed company where he developed the organization’s finance-related systems and processes and led capital market efforts to support its growth. Prior to Aspen, Bret served as SVP and CFO at Southcross Energy Partners, a publicly traded midstream MLP with over $1 billion in assets. He led the company’s multiple restructuring and cost-savings initiatives.

Before Southcross, Bret served as VP, Finance & Treasurer at Energy Transfer Partners, where he completed numerous capital raising transactions, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Bret also held leadership roles at Energy Future Holdings and TXU, where he concentrated on planning, financial analysis, and risk management.

Bret received a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of California at Berkeley and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Keri Adrian-Williams, VP, Finance & Accounting

Keri Adrian-Williams is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Landmark and is responsible for the oversight of the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement functions across North America. With over two decades of accounting experience, primarily within the construction sector, Keri brings a wealth of knowledge to her role leading these functions.

Prior to Landmark, she held the position of Director of Finance at Primary Health Management (CareNow), where she played a pivotal role in leading the financial operations during a significant growth period. Before her role at CareNow, Keri held progressively greater senior financial management positions, including a dual role as Director of Finance and Operations for a prominent commercial contractor in Albuquerque, NM.

Keri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University and underwent extensive training through CICPAC – CPAs Who Know Construction during her tenure in public accounting. An active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) for over 15 years, Keri is deeply committed to professional development and setting industry benchmarks for excellence.

Nathan Gregory, VP HR

Vice President of Human Resources

Nathan Gregory is the Vice President of Human Resources at Landmark and is responsible for the vision and implementation of all HR initiatives. He brings a background spanning over two decades in HR leadership, and has steered workforce initiatives across multiple sectors, both public and private. Nathan leads a team of HR professionals with a focus on the employee experience essential for ongoing expansion and sustained growth.

Previously, Nathan was the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the City of Fort Worth, overseeing a workforce of seven thousand employees. He transformed HR into a high-functioning team with a private sector approach. Prior to that, Nathan was the Director of Human Resources at Mouser Electronics, a global distributor of electronic components. Under his guidance, Mouser experienced exponential growth and doubled the size of its workforce.

Nathan has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and two bachelor’s degrees in business administration and international business. He also holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Tim Fetters, Director of EHS

Tim Fetters is the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Landmark. He is responsible for leading a comprehensive EHS program focused on improving construction processes and fostering a safety-first commitment across the company. As Landmark’s safety leader for over 15 years, Tim manages a team of EHS professionals focused on training, implementation, tracking, and risk management. His unwavering approach reinforces Landmark’s commitment to people and the environment.

Previously, Tim worked for Jacobs Engineering as a Regional Health, Safety, and Environment Manager where he designed and implemented multiple safety programs, compliance strategies, and sustainable management systems. His dedication resulted in a significant reduction in workplace accidents.

Tim has a master’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial science from Truman State University. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has a range of other certifications including OSHA 500. Tim holds multiple memberships in professional organizations such as the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).

Charles Mitchell, Director of BD

Charles Mitchell is the Vice President of Business Development at Landmark, providing oversight across the Marketing and Sales teams. He is responsible for strategic partnerships, research of emerging trends and customer needs, identification of high potential growth opportunities, championing new product development initiatives, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance market presence.

Prior to his tenure at Landmark, Charles held progressively increasing leadership positions in the Hospital Construction industry, including roles as President and General Manager of Interiors, Vice President of Architectural Products, and Director of Sales at the Amico Group of Companies. Throughout his career, Charles has consistently displayed a capacity to lead diverse teams, expand business operations, and deliver exceptional growth.

Charles's academic background includes an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Western University.

Brent Marini, Director of Canada Operations

Brent Marini is the Vice President of Canadian Operations at Landmark and is responsible for overseeing all Canadian operations. With more than two decades of experience, Brent excels in strategic planning, organizational development, business expansion, finance, contract negotiation, and the full spectrum of design-build operations. He is a seasoned professional in project management and construction operations management, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth and success.

Prior to his current role, Brent held progressive leadership positions within Landmark, overseeing projects across all business units and specializing in Asset Management, Risk Management, Structural Rehabilitation, and Industrial Coatings. Brent’s ability to cultivate partnerships and foster relationships has been instrumental in Landmark’s success.

Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technology from Mohawk College and possesses multiple certifications in Project Management.

Adam Billmeier is the Chief Information Officer of Landmark and is responsible for leading the corporate Information Services direction across North America. He brings over two decades of experience in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise systems that connect and drive business in the construction industry. He leads Landmark’s digital transformation efforts, knowledge management, and information security governance.

Previously, Adam held multiple progressive Information Systems and Information Technology roles at Landmark, implementing internal and external systems to align with the businesses growth objectives. Prior to Landmark, Adam played a pivotal role at Associates First Capital Corporation, now a part of Citi Group, where he led enterprise software migration projects.

Adam received a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds affiliations with multiple professional organizations like ISSA, ISACA, AITP, and PMI which underscore his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
