Contract Fabricators, Inc. required a large diameter ASME Code Hemispherical Head for a fluid catalytic cracker assembly at a Valero Refinery.
Project timing constraints did not allow typical pre-fitting at our fabrication facility, and exacting tolerances were specified.
Landmark designed a new fabrication process to eliminate pre-fitting and guarantee proper forming and fit during assembly at the client’s shop.
