Project owner: Owner: Benton Washington Regional PWA
The tank foundation alone required nearly 1400 cubic yards of concrete and 70 tons of steel reinforcement.

The project site and soil conditions were unsuitable to support the concrete foundation of the 4.0 MG CET. Vibratory stone columns were utilized to improve the soil structure, and a secondary construction entrance was constructed to support the large volume of truck traffic.

Operational Highlights:

  • This project required one of Landmark’s largest foundation installations. Through utilization of our trusted regional vendors and supplier, the placement of the concrete foundation was completed in just over 12 hours.
