Summary

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Industry: Municipal Water
Project owner: Owner: Madison Water Utility
Landmark was the only respondent to the RFP.

The existing elevated tank was expensive to maintain and unattractive. The Owner required two tanks to service separate pressure zones.

Landmark designed a dual zone tank using architecturally pleasing pilasters to hide ladders, mechanical and electrical.

Operational Highlights:

  • As land availability was an issue, Landmark worked closely with the customer to design an elegant solution that allowed both tanks to be constructed on the same footprint.
